In the Kitchen
Pat dry, dust with flour and fry at 180°C for two to three minutes until golden. Finish with flaky salt and lemon. They also grill well over charcoal.
Storage
Keep frozen at -18°C or below. Use within 8 months for best texture. Do not refreeze after thawing.
